• Communication Records: Email data is hosted via CCTS and accessed through Outlook.
• Physical Security: Company mobile devices are kept under strict physical control by authorized personnel.

Emerald Exterior Services does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing use. Your data is only shared with third-party service providers (such as Xero, Dropbox, and our I.T. and web hosting partners at Central Coast Websites) to the extent necessary to perform administrative, storage, and technical functions on our behalf.
